For procurement and IT
Buying from us is designed to be simple for a clerk, finance director, or IT lead. Here is what you need to know.
Purchasing
- Fixed, written quotes
- Every job gets a fixed quote based on your actual documents. Projects can be scoped to fit under your small-purchase or purchasing-card threshold, or split into phases by department or fiscal year.
- W-9 and certificate of insurance
- Available on request, before you issue a purchase order.
- Invoicing
- We invoice against your purchase order and accept payment by check or ACH. We can complete your vendor registration forms.
- Quotes for RFQs and board packets
- We can provide a one-page scope, price, and timeline suitable for a board or council packet.
For IT: nothing to install, no access needed
- No software to install and no browser plug-ins, overlays, or scripts added to your website.
- No website or network access required. We work from copies of documents you already publish, or files you send us.
- You stay in control of posting. We return fixed files and you replace them on your site, or we give your web vendor a list of files to swap.
- Standard file formats. You receive standard PDF files that open in any PDF reader.
Data handling
- Most of the documents we fix are already public. If you send non-public drafts, tell us and we will handle them under any reasonable confidentiality terms you require.
- Files are transferred over encrypted connections and kept in access-controlled storage.
- We use your files only to do your work. We do not sell, share, or publish them.
- We delete your working files 120 days after delivery, unless you are on a Keep Compliant plan or ask us to keep them longer. We will delete them sooner on request.
- This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics.
Scope and limits
We remediate and test documents. Each delivered file passes PDF/UA-1 automated checks, is human-checked against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and includes a test report, with a 90-day re-fix guarantee. We do not certify your organization as "ADA compliant," and we do not give legal advice. Questions about which documents the rule covers, or how its exceptions apply, are for your attorney.
