Fixed prices, quoted in writing before any work starts. Every delivered file passes PDF/UA-1 automated checks, is human-checked against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, includes a test report, and is covered by our 90-day re-fix guarantee.
Starting prices. These are our current starting prices. Your written quote is based on your actual documents and is the price you pay. Volume and multi-entity pricing is available.
Step 1: Inventory and plan Starting price
We find and test every PDF on your public website, sort them by priority, flag documents that may fall under the rule's exceptions for your attorney to review, and give you a fixed-price plan. The full inventory fee is credited toward any fix work you order within 60 days.

New agendas, minutes, and forms go up every week. The Keep Compliant plan covers the new documents you publish throughout the year, so your site stays fixed after the first cleanup.
